Changes in body temperature and heart rate following acute and repeated exposure. Temperature and heart rate data obtained from surgically implanted telemetry devices were analyzed on the first (Acute) and last (Repeated) treatment days to evaluate acute effects following initial and repeated exposure to Cannabis. Telemetry devices recorded body temperature and heart rate each minute and data were processed to generate an average of 6 readings per hour. Data were analyzed across time windows of 1 h increments, with windows designated as pre-dose, dose, post-dose 1, post-dose 2, post-dose 3, post-dose 4, post-dose 5, and post-dose 6.
