Brain levels of the eCB-related molecules, POEA and SEA, were significantly different between controls and mice free fed whole Cannabis at almost any dose (ANOVA p-value = 0.04). Concentration of CBD and THC given per kg/day were, respectively as follows: Low = 10 and 0.24, Medium = 20 and 0.48, and High = 50 and 1.2 mg.
