Group 2: mild vascular congestion (white arrow), there is a focal area of hepatocytes with necrosis (blue arrow) and infiltration of inflammatory cells (slender arrow). Group 3: focal area of moderate necrosis (blue arrow) and mild infiltration of inflammatory cells. Group 4: hepatocytes with fat infiltration (severe macovesicular and necrosis (blue arrow), there is mild portal triditis (white arrow), and sinusoid show mild infiltration (slender arrow).
