Effects of antagonists on cell viability. Cell viability of T24 cells was assessed after 2-h treatment with various cannabinoids at 5 mM, to identify potential targets by which the cannabinoids mediate their effects on cell viability of bladder cancer cells. The first 4 bars show the effects of the antagonists alone, where their effects were minimal at the concentrations used. The subsequent sets of bars show their effects on blocking Δ.9-tetrahydrocannabinol, cannabidiol, cannabichromene, and cannabivarin, respectively. Results are means ± SEM of at least 3 independent experiments. *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001
