Anti-inflammatory effects of cannabinoids (1–5) isolated from hemp roots. Inflammasome activation in THP-cells was induced by the stimulation with LPS-nigericin. Effects of 1–5 (at 50 µM) on the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines including IL-1β (A) and TNF-α (B).
