  1. Values represent the mean ± standard deviation. A two-tailed paired t test was performed to determine if there was a significant mean difference between the composite and flower only samples. *indicates a significant difference at p ≤ 0.05. Intraclass correlation coefficient was also calculated for each group to determine the degree to which values from the same group agree. This coefficient is interpreted as follows: <0.5 poor agreement, 0.5–0.75 moderate agreement, 0.75–0.9 good agreement, and >0.9 excellent agreement
