  1. Patients who enrolled in the study completed a pre-test questionnaire providing their demographic information, medical history and prior experience with cannabis. These patients were recruited while they were either submitting a prescription for medical cannabis, had general questions on cannabis use or was discovered of a history of cannabis use through pharmacist consultation
